Worst customer service Ive ever had. 7 months to get a spare part which ended up coming out of Syd. No communication, no return calls. Never want to do business with them again.Found it interesting that the dealer principal of the company has written his own review rating Peter Stevens 5 stars and said they are easy to deal with!?!Strange how he himself wont return calls. Very dissatisfied.
Exceptionally friendly greeting at service centre. Service carried out in timely manner... Very reasonable prices. From purchasing to services they tick all the boxes for me. And I love my Hyundai accent... Great little car.
If I could put a zero I would! We first went to Peter Stevens three weeks ago looking at an x-trail and were being assessed for a trade in value on our existing car, as our little girl was tired we had to leave and were told we would receive a call, three weeks later I wrote a short post on their Facebook post stating this, guess what we received a call that day and they told us they tried calling every day prior to this!! These guys are great at falsifying their stories to suit themselves. So glad we went to the Ravenhall dealership. Do yourselves a favour and at least give Werribee or Ravenhall a go! Outstanding service down there.
I purchased as Navara 4x4 crew cab from this dealership in July 2017.Nice car to drive but I will never purchase another vehicle from Peter Stevens Motorworld Ballarat again. I have had the car off the road for 3 weeks due to a faulty oil sensor that has taken 3 phone calls to get ordered through the service department.No phone calls to update me, no offer of a hire car, if I hadn't rang again, the part would still have not been ordered!When the warranty period runs out, that will be the end of Peter Stevens Motorworld for me!
