I spend 2 nights at this hotel and I was so impressed by their customer service. the second day at this hotel, one of the duty manager knocked the door and came in with a bottle of wine and cakes, saying he wants to apologise for someone trying to enter our room last night. It was not a big deal for us that someone was trying to get into our room by mistake...but they want to make sure we are okay and feeling comfortable at staying this hotel. we will def stay at RACV hotel again! Thank you

Other than staffs are being friendly, everything during the stay were disappointments. First time arriving a resort with no under cover car park, no adapters available, smallest television and scale of ''full buffet breakfast'' seen, long wait for the reception to pick up the line even during off peak hours, no handheld shower head, and most importantly, mattresses' quality is way below par, seem expired and no longer supportive at all, both of us had a sore back and neck in the morning.

Located in the heart of goldfields, this nice resort offers a family friendly environment and age suitable activities for all visitors. One can take a long stroll along the golf course or have a nice dip in the pool with family. The kid zone and activity centre lets the kids

The stay at RACV Goldfields was enjoyable and the staff were very hospitable. The facilities available are high quality including the pool, spa and tennis courts which can improve your overall stay. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable for the length of the stay.
